Position description

The Feminist and Gender Studies Program at ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Allison University invites applications for a nine-month Teaching Instructor position to begin August 15, 2025, subject to budgetary approval

Applicants should hold an M.A. in Gender and/or Sexuality Studies or a closely related field. Candidates should also have experience in undergraduate teaching in the field. The successful candidate will teach a maximum of 6 courses over the term of the appointment, at all levels of the undergraduate program, including introductory level courses. Specific courses will be determined based on the needs of the program and the expertise and specialization of the successful applicant. The program is particularly interested in applicants with expertise in feminist organizations and structures, and practical applications of feminist praxis.
